FOUNDER | LIGHTING DESIGNER

Enes Furkan GUCyener

He graduated with high honors, ranking first in his class from Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in Interior Architecture. He initially worked on various interior design projects in renowned studios before discovering his true passion for lighting design. Gaining extensive experience in diverse lighting projects across Istanbul, he pursued a master’s degree at Istanbul Technical University. As part of the International Master of Interior Architecture program, he continued his studies at SUPSI in Mendrisio, Switzerland, where he specialized in the impact of lighting design on residential buildings and completed his thesis in this field.

Following his passion, he moved to Italy, the heart of lighting design, where he contributed to significant retail and residential lighting projects in leading Milan-based design studios. Leveraging his expertise, he founded Ween Lighting Design & Consultancy, where he now leads interior and exterior architectural lighting design projects worldwide, spanning residential, retail, educational, and office spaces. Additionally, he provides natural lighting consultancy through daylight and shading analysis for architectural projects.

OPERATIONS MANAGER | CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST, MSc

AYSE TURHAN

She completed her high school education in Toronto, Canada, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honors from Istanbul Sehir University. She later pursued a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the Universita degli Studi di Bergamo in Italy, graduating with high honors. Alongside her academic path, she gained professional experience in both clinical and consultancy settings, which strengthened her skills in understanding human dynamics, organizational processes, and cross-cultural communication.

At Ween Lighting Design & Consultancy, she works as Operations Manager, where she plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams, and streamlining workflows to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. With her background in psychology and consultancy, she brings a people-centered perspective to the company, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and organizational efficiency. Her contributions extend to project management support, client relations, and internal process development, making her an integral part of Ween Lighting’s growth and success.
